What is Prefab Construction and How Does it Work?
Prefab Construction is the method of designing and manufacturing building components off site in a controlled environment. These components are then delivered to the building site and assembled to create the building structure. This allows builders to save time, money and resources on the finished product.
Arrowtec takes your architectural design and melds it with the structural engineering requirements.
We create a 3D model using computer software accounting for every component that will be in the real world building.

2. Manufacturing
Using our software we divide the building into sections or “wall panels”. For each panel we produce a shop drawing. These drawings allow the team in our facility to efficiently and accurately cut and assemble lumber components to build the panels for your project.
Each panel is labelled and grouped in pallets for delivery.
Our operating procedures and quality control measures mean only quality product leaves our facility. We guarantee our product and service.
3. Installation
Your building package arrives on site, loaded for optimal unloading and assembly. Our experienced crew offer unrivalled efficiency assembling our building packages providing a dependable service.
All building packages come with detailed assembly documents. Arrowtec provides installation guidance and support for all our building packages installed by a third party.
